By creating an account or using Fitness Fusion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fitness Fusion.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person per account; do not impersonate others.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Fitness Fusion a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. You are responsible for what you post and must have the rights to any media you upload.
Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content; do not spam; do not attempt to access other users' accounts or disrupt the service. See the Community Guidelines.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Users can report content and block other users in the app.
Fitness Fusion is a social platform, not a medical or professional training service. Challenges and workouts are user-created. Consult a professional before starting any exercise program; participate at your own risk.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitness Fusion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
